Any other type of document that has to do with real estate

Recording Fee: $44.00 for the first page and $25.00 each additional page.

PERSONAL PROPERTY PLATS:    Maximum Page Size 18x24
Recording Fee: $24.00 for the first page and $5.00 each additional page.

COPIES:
$1.00 per page         $1.00 to certify

FAXES:
Fax Fee: $1.00 per page

MARRIAGE LICENSE:
$51.00 (CASH) at time of application
$1.00 for a copy
$9.00 for a certified copy
